Drop-ins & Try-outs

Yoga teachers typically offer drop-ins, enabling visitors to sit in on a single session. Since we usually hold QM workshops in yoga studios, we're often asked if we too permit drop-ins. We don’t; in fact we strongly discourage them. One ninety-minute session is simply not enough time to decide whether Mindful Reflection™ is for you.

That's not because it’s complicated or intellectually challenging, but because it’s necessarily based on your own experience; without the practice week following each session and the preparation for the next, you simply don’t get that experience.

Mindful Reflection is not just a technique; it’s a commitment to explore your own mind. Give it a fair shot; we’re sure you'll find it worthwhile.
